new wheels...sizes?

so i'm planning on getting new wheels and wanted to know what everyone out there was running with a similar setup.

i lowered with H&R cup kit and reduced the shim pads so it dropped about 2 inches all around. i'm thinking 19's are going to be a stretch so i'm thinking staggered 18's. what do you think?

18x8 with 225/40
18x9 with 255/35

anyone have any pictures? i've checked out the member gallery but if anyone has anything new that'd be cool.

on a separate note...what tint %'s do you folks have?

if your going with 18's the sizes you have are perfect, i have the same size wheels and tires on my 99 c230k sport

as far as tint goes i went with 35% on the sides and 20% in the rear...doing the darker in the rear makes the car darker yet keeping it legal. here in colorado the cops are pretty strict on the darkness. just gives them a excuse to pull you over:confused:

I have 35% on the four side windows and the rear. I haven't gotten any trouble for the window tint from any cops or anything. In CA any tint on the front side windows is illegal.
