thats a huge SC, too big for anything W202, probably even C43... still, would be badass. Tuning would probably be a nightmare though.

would that even fit on a c43 engine?

technically yes, its meant for M113 V8... but again, it would be extremely aggressive and it would probably cause way too much boost, i doubt the C43 could take it in stock form unless you some how mechanically reduced the boost to under 8psi. Remember its designed for an engine thats 5.5L. when you put it on a smaller engine the boost would be a much greater amount.

Couldnt you reduce the boost but just changing the pulley size? I think bigger pulley would be less boost, right?

yes but the supercharger does not use a normal pulley, it uses a magnetically engaged pulley that engages electronically so its not as simple as swapping one in for another which is why people have to swap crank pulleys instead on the 55K motors b/c you can't just do it to the SC pulley.

HMMMMMMM the way proven explained it, he said like with the ASP pulleys there bigger....thats where i got confused.... with a lath you could just start shaving the crank pully.....without even having to pay 600 dollars

yup, well remember... the ASP crank pulley has a much larger supercharger belt ring than the stock one so technically you could run a stock sized E55K compressor pulley and you would be running far less boost and it would definite be safer. How much boost you would be running I don't know but probably 5-8psi which should be safe levels, but again I am not 100% sure b/c MB doesn't exactly release that type of info freely.

I hate when car makers don't!!!

nice supercharger!! that will indeed fit on the C43 M113 v8 engine. I dont think there would be any problems with overboosting.. the stock charger doesnt force that much boost into the engine, so I dont see why there would be any issues. just a matter of getting the clutch to work with the engine and ME.

i guess the you would need to figure out how much volts go into it for the clutch to engage, from there you could wire it up to a micro-switch on the t-body......but thats the easy part.......fabbing up parts and brackets just for it to sit is going to be a bit*h
