can someone link us to the reliable ebayers that sell decent HID kits?

I know this has been discussed, but lets take a look at all the products avaliable.

Thanks

Looks nearly identical to the kit I just installed from http://VVME.com/ that I purchased through their eBay account 'flashplus'. But flashplus's cost less and the shipping is MUCH less, and there are hundreds available!

The VVME ballasts say: "Designed in Germany", but the kit is made in Japan.
The VVME kits also have a 14 month warranty,
are available in MANY bulb styles,
are available in MANY color temperatures,
and have much clearer and detailed listings!

cheap hid's are cheap hid's. they don't last long.

get a reputable hid brand, if within budget.. at least get a one with a well-branded one like ENON, philips, etc.

I have these. They work fine. The only problem is my radio reception goes down a bit when they're on. And for a about 3 weeks my instrument cluster wasn't working right. But now it's working fine for some reason. Also, it rarely happens that one side will not light up. Maybe about once every two months. You just turn them off and on again and they work. But then again, it's a 94 c220.

I have some d2 and h1 kit coming to make my fogs hid and go 8k all around. I will let you know how it comes out. They were cheap from hid4less2008. I am of the thought too that if they go out, I will replace them or put back stock.
