Need Help ASAP...timing marks

My friend and I are in the middle of doing a head gasket job. We need to know the process in marking the timing chain??
Where do you find the top center on crank shaft? A Step by step guide would be very appreciated. Thank you.


Also,I need to find out the torque specs for the head bolts. Thanks
