I though that cluster was only on E CLASS not in the C-Class

the thread title is a little misleading. a bezel is a trim piece, like the front plastic face of an LCD monitor, or the faceplate of the dvd drive on your computer.

What this company appears to do is replace the defective ribbons from the logic board of the instrument cluster to the back of the LCD screens that control the temp, mileage and gear selection.
