why don't you just replace the t-body for an aftermarket one, and used those fab skills to build a bracket for it

great machine work on the part.. so you are replacing the stock metal elbow at the throttle body and moving the MAS to this location as well?
or just replacing the stock elbow and using larger diameter aluminium pipe to the throttle body?

My plan is near this¡¨ just replacing the stock elbow and using larger diameter aluminum pipe to the throttle body?¡¨

But I won¡¦t use aluminum pipe to the throttle. I¡¦ll use a 70¢P¡]Inside Diameter¡^silicone coupler to my new part, then fix it like original design. The other side of this right angle silicone coupler is connecting air mass. It makes the distance between air mass and throttle become shorter than original design.
Between intercooler and air mass, I¡¦ll use an aluminum pipe to replace the stock pipe.

I'll post some photos when I finished.:) :) :) :)

ok did you finish this project yet . i m going to be doing the pipe replacement soon on that side and was wondering if its a better way to do . what was the cost of making the piece? also will it clear the hood after the pipe or silicon coupler is added?

not sure if i m liking that elbow that you put on the throttle body. i see you relocated the MAF . even tho it helps to do that i just don't like the way it looks . i will be leaving my MAF where its out:cool:
