brake fluid

hi all... the car is at 110k miles and i was wondering if i should replace the brake fluid or anything else thats related.. the brake pedal feels a bit weird.. what can possibly be the reason for this??... all help is greatly appreciated.. thanks!

Supposed to change your brake fluid every two years (I change
mine every year). Hope you're not gonna tell us you've
NEVER changed it!
