i get this weird noise upon starting my car for a few minutes, it doesnt happen in park or neutral, only when it is underload (reverse or drive) and only for a minute or two. when i start driving its fine. i recently changed belt and tensioner shock. any ideas?

its not really a squeak sounds like something on the belt drive, kinda like a pulley, maybe belt is too tight? it only lasts a minute, not even. and its not that loud but it bothers me.
