was checking these wheels out. i m due for some new wheels and was looking at these. will these with the off set in a 19 fit with out rolling the fenders?

Depends how low you are. Why are you so adamant about not rolling the fenders?

well i m just lowered on h&r springs with #1 pads in front and 4 in rear . as far as the fenders go i would rather not WHY not sure , here in colorado i m not sure if i can trust some one to do it wrong. as far as the wheels go i beleive there a one piece with a stainless lip. i have had three piece wheels for a while and want something different. since the ones on my car are about 4 years old and discontinued they dont make a 18 inch any more and i rather not spend 860 bucks a piece for new ones. i m thinking about getting rid of them and as with most used wheels the have curb rash, etc etc and hope i can make a little off of them. also the wheels are 18x8 front since mine are 18x8.5 i wonder if they are wide enough

i m going with a 18 inch wheel like i have before since i just bought the tires for the other wheels.
i know 19 would look better but the way i go threw tires doesn't make sence since i have kids to worry about. the strange thing is i googled this wheels and there are places selling them for 299.00 each? any ways i will get the 18 since i like the idea of going lower plus again i can get the rear tires for 140 each apposed to 275.00 each. (rears)
when i get these my lowenharts LD'1 we be for sale. i will get pictures up of them up . i bought these used from a friend for 1800.00 .they are about 5 years old and do have curb rash on them but from 10 feet away you cant see it .if you look at some of the pictures of my car its harley noticeable. i will take any decent offer plus shipping more likey they will not have tires since i will transfer them over to the others unless you pay for the tires. i have less them 80 miles on the rears and are falken ze512 so worse case i might leave the fronts on with about half the tread on just in case i decide for new fronts too.

i did two cars sunday and am doing a few more this weekend for local club members here- it's a shame most shops won't do it as it's not all that difficult.

ok so i finally decided to go with the 18's for a couple of reasons. since i have rolled on them till now i have no issues what so ever 2nd the tires i use last about a season or about 12 to 14k miles and the 18's are more resonable for me i priced out some 19 inch tires even threw a friend and the 19's are a little more then i wanna spend . rears almost double in price for a decent tire. the way i thought about it why get a 19 inch cheap tire just to have a 19 inch wheels. so i should receive the wheels in about 3 days and paid only 399.00 plus 100 shipping . great deal since on some other sites i still have seen this wheel go for about 299.00 a piece. i would have liked to get maybe a black wheel but they could be powder coated since i think the stainless lip maybe comes off? any ways when i get these i will show some pictures and see what you guys think. again i might be selling the lowenharts here and would prefer local pick up but i may decide to ship but could get pricey. the wheels are in good shape even tho there is some curb rash ( there used ) LOL and more likely i will be taking the new rears tires off to put on the new wheels . just bought them but the fronts ill be buying new to match the rear and the front tires have about 1/2 the tread and is slighty worn to the inside.

i dont think the lips come off eventhough they are inserted, they say its a one piece wheel, but its confusing

i actually ask the sales person on the center caps, she also call petrol and nobody really knew . but that was on my mind to put mercedes caps if they fit. great minds think alike:D

ok took off today since i missed U.P.S yesterday since the car was being fixed. the wheels should be here but the place called and told me they may have sent the wrong bolt pattern:eek: this sucks since i had the whole day planned . anyways if they are the wrong ones ill have to wait on this and when they arrive ill get some pictures to see what you guys think.

fizzle i will have them on by tomarrow so ill post some pictures as soon as i get home from work.... dude these are totally worth the money. like i said on other sites they still listed for 299.00 and there was another they were asking 348.00 a piece. if you decide they are limited to stock on hands so you better decide pretty quick. i got these from waynes wheels . if you do decide say i sent ya hehehe. i did get lugs to at no additonal and i dont know if it was becasue they sent the wrong wheels the first time. they are a tad longer then the ones i have so i will just use the ones on the car . i m not worried about you getting set since i m pretty much saying hey these wheel are a great deal. also i found out the mercedes center cap is a little larger and didn't fit on these wheels. i tried my stock sport wheel center cap NO GO:(

just got them installed but forgot the camera at home, so when i get home ill take some pictures . just to let you know the lowenharts will be for sale so anybody interested let me know. i left the front tires on the fronts which have about half the thread, but the rears will need tires. the way i see it you can buy the size you want for them. i m going to see if i can get a least 1k for them . they retailed for 865.00 a piece 5 years ago and do have some curb rash on them and are being sold as-is but they still look good. but open to any reasonable offers plus shipping. ill will also take pictures of those :D

here are the wheels on the car. since there are a couple of you guys interested in maybe buying a set here are the pro and cons.
pros: great fitment and from i can see you can put big brakes on
pros: more open wheel so you can see rotors and more cooling
pros: great price
pros: two piece look with a one piece wheel
cons: only offer 18 x 8 not 8.5 for front

No , i still love them but i wanted a change. everyone once in a while i like something different. i will be selling these soon so when i clean them up ill be posting pictures. i go threw a change in wheels every 4 to 5 years . its funny tho when i had these wheels everyone was saying there to bling bling and now i have something that is more mercedes looking your liking the other wheels:confused:

Don't get me wrong the Lowenharts looked damn near perfect on your car, ecspecially with the chrome door handle covers. They just aren't my style. Plus we I live everyone gets Lowenharts or Giovannia Wheels.

ok i did a little research from when i first put my car on with the lowenharts. about 70% of the people said it was bling bling and 30% liked them . with my new wheels about 75% of the people like my newer wheels saying the car looks like the car is fast now, and 25% liked the older wheels. so based on the info the newer wheel are more liked based on the painted/chrome lip style. i didn't change the wheels becasue of it . like i said i usually change the wheels after a certain amount of time casue i go threw a phase :D

One last question. Did You need spacers to make the Petrols sit flush with the fenders?

as far as spacers go how close do you want the wheels to them, for example my lowenharts i coulndn't get a finger into the rears and the fronts were pretty close. with this new wheels i can put my hand in between the fender and tire and i like that better since when i was putting tire dressing on i couldnt get all around the tire. i guess you could add a spcer if needed but i like the room with these new tires. my lowerharts were 32 and the new ones are 35 i think as far as the rears go......
