Instructions removing fuel rail & injectors?

Does anybody have instructions on how to remove the fuel rail and remove injectors?

I want to test the injectors, because I think this is causing my hard starts that I have on a cold start.

does your car idle rough or run rough apart from cold starts? because if not i doubt it is the injectors

it runs smooth.. There was another member (NEA) on here that had the same problem, and it turned out that he had 2 faulty injectors
