Instructions for Removing headliner

Does anyone have any instructions on how to remove the headliner on the 202 or any ways to repair it. I've done a search, but I haven't found anything. It looks like everyone has the same problem with it peeling.

i didnt read denasols post but im sure you take it out the passanger door.
i took myne out the back window when i did it (i had the window out to tint it also)
