Yesterday I installed clear film on the C36. So far I have done the hood fenders and the lights. Hopefully today I'll get around to doing the front bumper. In anycase I was not able to find a precut kit for the car so i had to use bulk film and cut it to match the car. I have the film on three of my other cars and it is well worth having.

Taken at an agle so it appears in the photo. In reality it is virtually invisible

Typically the lower portion of the bumper needs to have a seam where it meets in the middle (too much excess material due to the curvature of the bumper, I'll just notch out an area for the AMG badge.

There is a place that will do an entire car but that is big bucks. An entire car wrap would also be out of the question for a home job. I'ts enough of a pain with just the 24" wide film.

think of it as more of a film - its a tough fim that adhires to the car's surface by heat. If you get tired of it, it just peals off with out harming your car. We do this on site at the Lexus dealer i work at. It does however look bad on white cars as it tends to fade by the sun and become a darker white than the car.
