Can I safely remove the rear star without getting behind my trunk liner?

The inside of my trunk is completely Dynamatted and would rather not mess with that. Will dental floss safely remove the badge without having to get to those clips? Thanks.

yeah man. there's 3 prongs that hold the star onto the trunk. if you're not worried about it breaking, you can wiggle it off with your hands. when i removed mine, there was no adhesive at all and they're just preassure pressed into 3 plastic fittings similar to wall anchors. just tug :D
