Need quick advice please!!!

I need to know how to remove the rear deck lid on a 99' c280. as well as the headrest parts. i am taking out everything to dampen for the stereo and i need this part out asap! thanx!!!

Putting it back on is a lot easier


I can do it in 5 second each headrest ;)
