Just installed rear LED tail lights

Ok, I just got done installing my rear LED tail lights (and lost half of my thumb nail in the process). I've posted before and after shots below so let me know what you think, I quite like them as they differ from the dull OEM ones from MB. The reverse and indicator lights are not LED but the others are.

I plan on quite a few more mods like the ice white interior, boot and number plate bulbs and (hopefully) an AMG C43 kit. Time and cash will tell :)

Since you are going to all of the trouble to put a kit on, you can do something more stylish than a C43 kit can't you ;) ? Just one person's opinion but the C43 wasn't to inspiring to me. I'd take a C36 type kit or a Wald kit over a C43 styling (not that C43s aren't great cars, but...)

Nah, I love the classic look of the AMG. I was going to go with a Reiger front bumper like the one below but changed my mind and decided on the C43 one.

the idea of the LED's are great, however.. i have to say that the see through in the clear area makes the entire thing really on the e-bay side. i've always wanted to buy them, but the first thing i'd do is smoke them black and cover those transparent area to cover the areas that the light bulbs could be seen.

How would I go about smoking the clear areas though?
