Pull your MAF off of your car and read the part number stamped on it. In the US, an M111.975 should have either “280 217 114” or “000 094 09 48” stamped on the side. Not sure if it will be the same for Croatia since emission laws are different.

BTW, keep your old housing in case you want to do this:

000 094 00 48
0 280 217 100

Those are the part numbers stamped on mine, with circle connector on it. Local Merc dealer gave me that (above) number too.
Everywhere on Ebay are numbers you have mentioned, at least for C230 Kompressor engine, with 09 instead of 00 in part number.

If you have a round connector, then you do have a different type and should not use the numbers I gave you.

Yep!
Please, look at my engine bay and at the MAF sensor (something is a little bit oily at the bottom of it). Where do you think I should relocate my MAF sensor?

The system is very different once things get near the TB, so I am not sure if there will be any benefit.

Trouble solved.
MAF was pretty oily inside, I cleaned it detaily with ABRA CARB & CHOKE cleaner, diagnostic tool showed 0 errors after reset (15 mins battery off) and few miles test drive after that (before that error was number 37 lambda regulation, accorded to BOSCH KTS 550 diagnostic device).

I am happy now!
