I pulled up my codes following the instructions on this site. But they look nothing like the codes everyone else has.

Been looking everywhere for a chart, but can't find one.

Here's my codes on my 98 c230

END

41(degree symbol)6
41(degree symbol)7
41(degree symbol)9
45(degree symbol)1

45(degree symbol)7
45(degree symbol)8
END

Try this link to BoominBenz's download. (http://www.club202.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10922&highlight=climate+control+codes)

Also, I believe that AC codes are different than the OBDII read codes. IIRC, AC codes only deal with AC system problems, whereas OBDII codes are entire car problems. Thus the different "weird codes."

If your 98 has the wide control unit with the long LCD, then use these..

Faults (what you're looking at)

Actual Values (displays various system readings)

Strange though, I don't see your values on there. You Might want to try clearing the codes and see if anything pops up.. The codes in the second set are stored and inactive.
