wanted to paint my car soon so i and i was considering a flat black, if any have done this already, pics would be appreciated.

haven't seen it my self on a 202, but many have done it. it will be cool to have flat black body + a flat black wheels. :D

I heard to get your car paint a good flat black cost a ridiculous amount of money. Anybody haave an insight on pricing? Or is it the cost of a normal good paint job? 6-8k?

Heh... there was some guy on another forum claiming he was going to do it himself with a bunch of cans of flat black spray paint. I think it was a troll though because he never got back to us with pictures.

the good looking flat black is actually a special clear coat. one of my buddies did it and it does cost more than a "normal" paint job.

Im aiming to paint my car flat black.. dont know when that is mind you!!
I saw a pic of a w210 wagon in flat black.. didnt really look goof on the wagon.. but Im sure it would look killer on a W202.
I think youd maybe want too go more so with a satan black.. not so much a flat black. they do look similar however.
I think a true flat black would look too ratrod for a benz.. but the satan would suit it better.
