I have serious vibrations when brakes are applied hard on my C200 , anybody know what is causing this.

Rotors are warped or brake pads are loose.

this happened to my car too.
change the disc brake + the pads. & it will be alrite.

It's time to change you brakes and that's what it's telling you. :D
