Noisy Benz

Help me out here guys. I have a 95 c280. High pitch noise coming from my dash somewhere. I does it whenever the car is in gear, if the radio is on or off. Not coming from the speakers. I have an after-market stereo. Doesn't do it in park. ??? Also major suspension squeaking on the front driver side. It sound like its the spring but it looks fine. Do the springs have bushings? Could it be the lower control arm bushings? Any help is appreciated.

Look on your dash board for a yellow icon if you see it... you might need to change your light bulb.

I had a pitching' noise too... so when i changed light bulbs it went away.
