Ok, i've replace everything in the f'ing car expect the supercharger, t-body, and alternator.

I just recently changed the PCV....pain in the balls that was....

But everymorning (or left off for a while) i still get a hard start, its not that it won't crank

It would start, drop rpms, raise rpms, for a good 10-15 secs.

I just did a seafoam treatment..and boy oh my...my neighboorhood had smoke everywhere...a few people came out the house thinking there was a fire...

oil change is about due..normally do it every 5,000 miles...with synt....hey i drive hard....Engine flush possible?

I just replaced the MAF...

I put irdium plugs.....that was about 10,000 - 15,000 miles ago

fuel filter i did last year

any ideas guys?

I had hard starts as well.. It kept on doing this until one of the coils went bad and when I changed the coil, I no longer had hard starts. I had no CEL due to the hard start until the coil went bad and I started to get misfires.

I'll post a video to confirm this with you, how much is for a coil

Coils are about $65 each on autohausaz.com.. There is one coil for 2 cylinders, so my c280 has 3 coils.

NEA, a member on this forum, has a posting on hard starts.. his problem was with the fuel injectors.. there are other members that fixed their problem by changing a coil

Mine gave me hard starts on a cold start.. After the first start if I turned the car off and back on, it would start right up..

My symptoms weren't like this.. It would just take a couple seconds cranking and then the car used to start

When I changed my throttle body, it got rid of the bouncy idle I had on the starts.. I can't say anything about the your throttle body because looks like your w202 is a 2000 so the TB is different than the earlier models.. The earlier models had a cable that was part of the TB, which degraded just like the wiring harness cables.

I doubt it is the cause but kompressor engines don't like fancy plugs. Just stick with the factory recommended Bosch.
