Anyone got a DIY for LPD poly bushes?

As the subject say.

Does anyone have a DIY for the LCA bushings?
or at least a "LCA Bushing for dummies" guide? lol I'm not a complete stranger to repares, but it would be nice to have somone elses experiences!

To remove the LCA read this DIY..

To "Press" in the LDP bushing just slide it in without the metal inner sleeve. Use a mallet if needed, then insert the metal sleeve. The whole thing took me about 20 minutes to swap the bushings. The long part was remove the LCA.
