Guys, any thoughts? My '96 C280 seems to having a heating problem. When it is cold outside (3O degrees or colder), the cabin inside never gets hot. The temp gauge stays around 80, & even though I have the cabin temp set to its 'hottest' it never gets toasty in there. I have a company car (to lame to mention what it is), and you can fry eggs in there it gets so hot, so I'm thinking there must be a problem. Thermostat maybe?

Can you hear the blower fan? Its in/under the passenger side dash. I had the problem your describing. I found that if I was going 55 mph or faster, the cabin would start to warm up because the atmospheric pressure would force the air in.
Have you checked your cabin air filter? If it is really dirty, not enough air will flow through.
