Yesterday, I tried to change the spark plugs '95 C280. I was stuck at one screw while other five were breeze to remove.

Rounded Nut (http://www.satrattan.com/mb/roundedNut.jpg)
I purchased Grabit (http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=51624-41877-8502P) from Lowes, that did not work. Please let me know the best solution short of going to stealership.

You may have to carfully drill the head off, then use a pair of vice grips to remove the thread.

That sucks. I didn't have a problem when i put NGK's in My 94 C280

yeah drill the head off the bolt. You could probably even just leave the rest of the bolt in there. I'm sure the cover will be fine with just that bolt missing.

Have you pulled the wires off the NGK's yet?....Put some temporary NGK's on mine a few weeks back and couldnt get the BERU leads off them...one came out with alot of force and the other broke the top off the lead holder....then it was hammer and chisel until i shattered the spark plug...was a mess.
It seems the NGK's we used had a steep angle where the clip slides over....my leads were already new as well :( ,so had to get another set.

No i haven't been back in the spark plug compartment since i put them in. The previous owner had bosch platinum 4+ in there, had no problem with those.
