Hey, I plan on changing my rear brakes. I'm looking at PBR Deluxe but they show two kinds. One is Single Pin, the other is Two Pin. which one do I get? I have a 97 C280.
Also, would replacing the Rotors be a good option? It seems like the rotors are still good but the pad life seems pretty low..
Also, does anyone have a DIY for it..? First time doing it on the Benz.

if i recall by looking at your calipers in the rears you should be able to detemine if yours is a 1 or two pin since you can see them on the external part of the caliper. if you see only one pin center on it its one , if you see two pins off set then its two if i remember right.

Thanks I'll keep that in mind if I don't get a positive answer by then.
Anyone know for sure what pin it is?

According to the online catalogs there is a vin split for the 97 c280. Either you will need the vin or visually check for the number of pins.

Over all the brakes iv done on w124s and w202s I dont ever recall a single pin version... hmm..
Im almost positive they are double pin..
Get back to me with a VIN and i can look on the WIS net.
