Is this the same as what Luwin had on his car? Is it simple plug & play? My plastics like most people are faded any way & OEM replacements are over $700 for both since my car is pre - '97 & the whole cluster is sealed.(correct me if Im wrong)

Bekker Bosch Xenon Kits is basically like the OEM Xenon Headlight that was offered for W202 model from 1999-2000

However the ones that Bekkers sell is Euro Spec.

Meaning it has vacumm motor for healight adjuster, which totally 1000% cool with me, since I am always after Euro spec anyway :p

So here is my car with Bosch Xenon Headlight from Bekkers (notice the parabolic shape low beam reflector)

Xenon at night baby (look at the contrast blue light on the ground)

Even the ballast is 100% like the one that came as factory option on 1999-2000 W202
Therefore it calls for factory ballast factory location :D:D:D

Finally, Thanks so Steve
I have the headlight level adjuster and functional too :D:D:D

euro spec xenon headlights come with auto levelling motors...not with vacuum...nevertheless I changed my levelling motors to vacuum myself...

Very nice! That will have to be the next major mod for me. J Irwin,
Thanks for the pics.

Steve, what causes my current US lights to raise up when I am on the brakes? Vacume assist, spring loading, electric motor? I hate how they come up momentarily when the car stops.

Also, are the glass outer lenses readily available if a rock takes one out later on?

I don't know...US spec headlights aren't connected to anything to regulate the light height...

correct oem hid come with electronic servo motors to control the height of the beam.

i belive this is the reason why bekkers can offer the lights far cheaper than other sources because of certain features they have omited, which isnt really needed when you dont have the rest of the autolevel junk to help it out anyways.

HAHAHA and i still have steves servo motors sitting around. havent had time yet to figure out how to make them move with a pot yet.
