Does anyone know the bulb type and voltage used in the bumper fogs of the c43?

The reason I ask is cause im using the "headlight to fog wiring harness found on the c43" I need to know if I can simply connect the wiring harness to the Hella fogs.

Thanks

well all the bulbs are 12v. as for what does a c43 have stock as a bulb. I think its an H1 bulb.

so considering the Hella fogs are H3s. It will be a problem for me to use the Hella fog wiring and connect it directly to the c43 wiring harness?

Nope.. there will be no problems at all.. the fact the c43 fog lights are H1's and that the Hella fog light kit uses H3's wont make any difference. the connector for the bulbs is probably different, but that is all. they are both still running on a 12v system.
so you can cut and solder together the C43 harness with the connectors in the Hella wiring kit.

Ok then it shouldnt be a problem. Ill do it that way then, cutting the end off and solder the Hella wiring harness with it.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I'm looking for the part number of the headlight to fog light wiring harness. Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Thanks.
