So i got my car checked and the mechanic came back and said that the joint that connects the tie rod to the center link(a ball in socket type joint) is bad. he showed me some clicking sound in it while he moved it side to side and it seemed like there was some play in it.
Any thoughts? Because if it is bad I will have to replace the whole tie rod assembly(this was on the drivers side)
