rear window

So my rear driver side window just stoped working .... and when I hit the button to roll it down there are no sounds like if it came unpluged.......... I was wondering if anybuddys had this prob or one like it and would know of a good starting point to look for the problem.

remove door panal and see if you can use someting like the plastic end of a screwdriver to smack the motor itself, if it starts working then replace it.

My car had been in a bodyshop before and after it came out, one my rear windows would ocassionally not work. The lights would turn on/off so I assumed it was a loose connection. Turns out it was. Cause the remote roll down worked just the button didn't work
