Speaker sound going in and out

For some reason my speakers sounds keeps going in and out lately.. at every turn the sounds go out from one side or front to back etc... very annoying.. and i havent touched anything. Last time i installed my stereo was 2years ago.. could it be possible bad wiring? or do you think my stereo is just goin out? i've already checked my connections in the back of the deck... no loose ties. hrmm.... :(

Does your car have the factory amp?

i dont know, theres an amp in the rear but i believe its aftermarket from the previous owner.. i havent changed anything since i bought the car a few yrs ago.

Probably your deck or the amp if its aftermarket. Just check and see if any wires are loose at the amp, might be the RCA's going into the amp. Just move around the wires with the deck on and see if you can hear the speakers cutting out and isolate the issue.
Also try that with the deck.
