Just how the hell,... do you remove the rear headrests?

I tried everything to get these things off, and almost got on my back to position my feet under each one & "leg press" them out! Honestly, MB, do you have to over-engineer everything????

do a search ...i believe there is a small clip that hold these on . press or pull this clip and they come right out....
