squeaking noise

I have been hearing it on and off for a while now,but now it is all the time,it is coming by the belt and water pump.

I had coolant leaking from the upper hose,replaced it earlier today with a OEM
hose.

Serpentine belt looks worn out,

is this squeaking from the belt ?

any help will be appreciated

I sprayed wd40 on the belt squeaking stopped immediately.I will have a friend replace the belt this weekend.

can someone please merge this with this following thread

I had a friend replaced the belt ,all he had to do is remove the fan shroud,and install the belt,it took about 45 minutes.I purchased the belt from dealership for $60 +.noise is gone.
