intake air temperature

Would I be correct in assuming the air intake temperature is measured inside the intake manifold, or is it done at the MAF?

Hey,its done by the MAF sensor!.

depends whether your car uses HFM or ME engine management. if its HFM, then there is a separate AIT sensor. if its ME, then the AIT sensor is intergrated into the MAS/MAF.
