brand of Coolant

I need some advice on coolant. my c280 has this clear coolant in the radiator and it's running low.

Is there a brand name coolant equivalent from the auto parts stores that I can purchase or do I need to go to the stealership?

2 choices:

MB OEM coolant
Zerex G-05 coolant at most autopart stores (like napa & carquest) - this is approved for MB.

the reason for the clear coolant is so you can tell when the oil and the coolant are mix indicating a head gasket leak!
