same, i hear a creak in my steering when ever i turn... mostly in reverse but sometimes when i brake and turn or something as simple as pulling into the grocery store parking spot. i replaced every single suspension component from bushing and arms to lowering springs shocks, arms etc etc ....

it scares me knowing that i replaced every component and this is still happening. No Hub bearings were not replaced.

Noise could be the steering shock absorber, maybe the steering box,the drag link assembly,a dry ball joint??... hmm

all those were replaced other than the steering box. althhough today i did notice the steering box making a funny sound. i always heard a "clank clank" when i briskly move to wheel to the left & right....i know its the steering box cause i replaced all my steering. But today what i heard sounded like there was some air blowing when i go left & right along with the clank sound.

What about the lower ball joints? They can make a similar noise even without having play in them. You could try taking the boot retaining clip off and spraying some heavyweight grease into the guts of the joint and see if it goes away. Then put the clip back on of course.
