Have you figured out all the bugs? got it running completely now with the supercharger engaged?

Most of the problems were addressed and the last piece of the puzzle is the tune. I tried Eurocharged as last posted but they were unsuccessful in making contact with my M.E. Hope to give it a second chance by showing up at their base in Chicago. Currently undertaking more upgrades prior to tune.
The S/C is engaged full time with the bypass valve recycled back into the intake.
