I'm really posting this as a notice to any who might simply think they are being ignored.

THE FORUM IS DOWN (sort of). No one is able to REPLY to any threads. No one is able to use the SEARCH function. The only function that works is the posting of NEW threads!

I know I'm not the only one e-mailing admin@club202.com trying to get resolution. I'm not getting any response whatsoever. It's crucial for the w202 community that we get this place back up and running! There are 202 owners who need it! I'm willing to put together some donations to any who are interested in helping get the site going (as soon as we can get in touch with the admin). My e-mail is kbcarroll at gmail dot com if anyone wants to reach me (for anything).

You are not being ignored, and there's a wealth of information waiting to be pushed your way, as soon as we can respond to your threads. I'd tell you to search, as all of your topics are likely already covered, but the search function is down.

Since I can only post NEW threads, I figured I'd breath a tiny bit of life into the repair questions posted below:

Off the top of my head, in case he reads this

GAS GAUGE: Check the fuse box under the hood for the "fuel sending unit." That's the only thing I can imagine, and that's where I would start. It's extremely unlikely it's your instrument panel that's faulty. Also, BE WARNED. On a 1994 w202, the gas pumps almost always shut off prematurely. You might still be low on fuel even if the pump shut itself off just a few seconds into pumping gas. I've had a 94 C280 for 11 years, and what I always do is just put the gas pump into the filler neck about an inch, just barely enough where it will hold on its own without falling out. That way it always manages to fill up on its own without shutting off too early making me think it's broken or already full (even though my gas gauge works).

HOT AIR IN VENTS: Duo-valve. It's under the hood, passenger side, beneath that black plastic cover. It has a hose running in, and a hose running out that goes to the firewall. It looks like 2 big D batteries. Turn your A/C on full blast, wait about 2 minutes, then get out and use a screwdriver or something to tap on the duo-valve. If you're lucky, it's just stuck and this will make it open up. If you're unlucky, you need to replace it. I think it's $70. Easy thing to replace, though. There are others who know better than I do (jnenad16, BillKerler) on this particular issue.
