Oxygen Sensor Readings info

So I am no expert in O2 Sensor readings, but I was hooked up already trying to see what my other problem is, and noticed these reading on the O2 sensor.

The B1S2 O2 sensor fuel trim is a steady 99.06, I am assuming this is not normal.
Ive checked it at different conditions and its always at 99.06.

is the b1s2 the post cat sensor?

the other issue I am having is the misfire under load, can these be related?

Any ideas or advice?

It stands for bank 1 sensor 2, so yes that would be the post catalytic converter sensor. I'm not sure about the misfire.
