clock,tick,temp,and mile, on the Cluster do not got out at all with car off or on,now i did change out the Cluster about a mouth age think that will fix it but it don t i now it should go out after 5-10 seconds

i dont understand what you mean by do not go out... what's the problem?!? is it the needles?!? the lcd displays?!?

it stays on all the time you know when take the key out the lights go out in about 3 to 15 second will it dont it stay on

CAN-bus probably doesn't like your cluster, there were some minor tweeks to the instrument cluster on the 98' thru 00' models. Revert back to a 97' instrument cluster if you can.

Source ebay for a 97' instrument cluster. You're odometer will probably be way off though, but if you can live with that then it'll work.
