Front door speakers

Have any of you upgraded the door speakers?
Im planning to, but i also wanted to make it more flashy instead of hiding it under the speaker housing? Plus, my driver side housing is broke anyway :(

Just be mindful of the depth of the speaker well. My front door speakers arent even bolted down becuase apperently the depth is non-existent in aftermarket speakers.

Nightmare, im very tempted to fibreglass mould it so i can have it further forward..
