2000 c230 kompressor vdo throttle body problem

hey can anyone show me how the throttle body works cuz i think mine is messed up and thats why it stutters and wont drive like it should...also is there a better one i can put on??

2005 would be form a different generation car. even if it's from a C230, I think there are some differences between the version of engine we have and the one in the W203. What exactly is wrong with your throttle body? Those really dont fail unless something physically hits it and it gets damaged.

i did get hit a while ago but the thing is that if its connected the idle goes crazy and it will almost die......but if its disconnected it will run run fine but its super slow

Where did you get hit?

I would just look for an OEM throttle from a junkyard. Save money. It could also be your MAF, but Im sure an engine light would pop up if that did occur.

i got hit all in the front and i changed the air mass censor....it worked for a bit and then it started doing the same problem....i disconnected the throttle body and it works fine just a big loss of power....just recently it did the problem again with out the throttle body connected...it died when i stopped at the light...idk what to do...should i replace the throttle? cuz it work for the most part fine but when i connect it it will act up really bad
