Starter problem or something else?

There is a sharp sound coming from the starter, I think. You cant hear it so good on the video, but everytime i start my car, people are turning :(
What can i do about it? Sounds like a rusty blender or something....

It is tough (for me) to identify in that video.
I'm trying to think of what in the starter might make that smacking sound and I'm not coming up with anything quickly. Faulty engine mount???
You can try to disconnect the fuel pump relay to prevent the car from starting. Then have someone turn the car over while you're up front looking at it.
