h&r question

is anybody running those blue supersport springs on a regular c280? after running part #'s online, it only list's these for the c43. if i look up the sport springs, it shows listing for the c280 & c43. i'm in hawaii & shipping is deadly, so i want to make sure before i buy. can anybody please shed some light on this for me? thanks in advance!

Have you tried calling any vendors, or H&R? I have H&R Sports, not sure what question you need answering.

gonna try calling h&r on monday. just wanted to know if anybody was running the super sport springs without any mods or problems on a regular c280, not the c43

I'm not 100% but I believe the suspension geometry and mounts are the same on the AMG models are the regular. They only changed out the shocks and springs.

zmatt, not a 100% was still alot more help then h&r was able to give me. hopefully you, and my assumptions are right. placing my order now, i'll update if they work out or not. all this for an extra 1/2" of drop!!

springs are in, leveled out my ride height & feel great! gonna let them break in, then change out my spring pads.

What color are H&R springs usually come in? My Carlsson springs on C230 were blue, and the set of H&R I just received for C280 are blue as well:

I've just seen black. I didn't know about the supersports. Can't wait to see them on the 280!

I too would like to see these springs Suge has installed on the car... H&R's site lists them as "super sport" 2.0F 1.9R As for mine - time to get some coffee, and off to garage to tackle the suspension...

this is on #4 pads front & back. switching to #1's shortly & putting on a set of 203 7spokes, will post pics of final drop when completed

finally had me one of those days off i hear so much about! #1 pads have been waiting for an install & springs settled a little. time to get started & also put on yet another set of rims.

i'd like to get a thousand or so miles on the springs to fully settle, then i'll take some final pics if it looks lower. if not, might have to chop a turn for the stance i really want.

#1's front & back. i'm loving the amg's also, the best $240 i've spent so far!!

not bad condition, missing 1 centercap & 2 rims got minor curbing. plan on polishing out the lips when it's time for new tires, that should get rid of a majority of the blemishes
