Debadging Back MB star on a 1995

Hi i was trying to debadge my whole trunk. Does anyone know how to take off the Mb star? On my car its like a little clip in the center of the star. Does anyone know how to remove it and if its going to leave the ugly clip or a hole there? Thanks in advance!!!!:D

First, if you remove it, you WILL have ugly holes there...unless you are replacing it with something else. It's not glued on like the other badges :(

If you still want to remove it, you pull out the clips which holds the trunk lining in place, then you will see there are two grommets which hold the pins of the star. You pull those off with pliers and the star is removed.

There's nothing pull right now since the car is totalled. :(
