Will these aftermarket headlights w/HID work on my 202 (1999) with fabric halogen lights?

I am unsure, because I read someplace that if you have halogens from before, then you cant install HIDs. What do you guys say?

Description says HID's are included with those headlights.

And whoever says you can't install HID on a halogen headlight car is stupid. I think they meant to say that it's illegal, yet everyone still does it.

Looking at the pic though, i don't think HID's would be a great idea on those aftermarket headlights. It would just blind everyone ?_?

Not quite, what we mean is HIDs without projector housings aren't that great. You can do it, but the light will spill over into the other lane blinding on coming traffic and wont do a great job illuminating the road.
