Not a technician/mechanic by any means, so what does these mean? I think my MAF may be damaged? dirty? No idea.
Any input will be appreciated.

Is your maf original? The do fail after 100k or so. I would take it out and spray it gently with some pb blaster or wd-40 to clean it. It could just be dirty.

Thanks, tried and failed. I need a new o2 sensor of MAF, waiting to get it checked by a mechanic...
On a side note.
I would like to take this opportunity to give fair warning that it was probably caused by my intake setup. Not entirely positive, but I wouldn't be suprised. I put the air box back in for the meantime, it's winter anyways. Reason being besides the obvious, is that our car is manufactured so precisely that anything changed could cause erratic functions in our cars. Air to fuel ratio could have been changed, I do remember a 'jerk' at one point and the CEL's quickly followed, probably due to the cold air, really cold air =x...
Again, dont hold me to anything, but I just wanted to give fair warning that if anyone decides on using MY intake setup, just be warned your car could have the same issues down the line.
Or...
It could just be that time where it wore out as you said ZMatt, which is probable to. ^_^

Intakes are always risky on a w202. Mafs seem so weak on these.

actually the MAF failure is a different code, in my experience 02 sensor errors generally mean your air/fuel ratio (afr) is wrong and you are either running lean or rich for whatever reason.

Just an update, had a chat with a mechanic, seems a hose may be damaged, or the pump (injection) system. Still trying to figure this crap out, its annoying and actually makes me pissed. O2 sensor is possible, but very unlikely. I'll update more when more info is available.

Check Valve is damaged, old, or clogged. The benz mechanic also thinks that the 1 and 2 way valves for the emissions maybe have gone to. They forced air fed my intake lines and now for some odd reason, my check engine lights are gone and the ride seems to have gotten her 'kick' back performance wise. Maybe some dirt or something clogged it, he believed condensation. Although the check engine lights are gone, for now.. the parts and labor are estimated at around $650. Also was quoted on my suspension as my chain links and control arms for front and back are damaged. Work is needed, and I will spare no expense.
This post is just for future reference for others, I dont mean to bring up dead unanswered threads, but I'm sure someone later down the line will have the same issue.

If you're doing control arm bushings, use the ones from a w203 so you don't have the same issue in 30k miles.
