GLWS!!!

would you sell the side markers separately???

I'd rather sell everything together. If that doesn't happen I may split.

Why not buy the lot & sell what you don't need or want?

i dont have that deep pockets to afford the set right now... i have amber fronts and rears already... the side markers are just cherry on top of the ice cream... :D

Start your own 'For Sale' thread if you have something for sale.

since whichipong wants the side makers and i would buy the taillights, you just need to find a buyer for the corners and you can split up the set at the same time!

The problem you as buyers are going to face with me splitting these up is this; international shipping companies base their prices on either actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

The lights aren't heavy but they require a lot of wrapping / protection & a fairly large box & the shippers will all charge based on volumetric weight rather than the actual weight. Because of the size of box required the volumetric weight is going to far exceed the actual weight. http://www.dhl.com/en/tools/volumetric_weight_express.html

In effect this means it will cost the same to ship just the lights as it does to ship the lights & the other pieces. In fact, you could add about another 10 kilos of extra stuff into that same box & it wouldn't cost a penny more to ship because they've already charged for it, based on the volumetric weight.

It really would make economic sense for someone to buy everything & then sell the bits Stateside that they don't need, or possibly organise a split of the various parts amongst yourselves.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

I'm talking to someone on another MB forum who is interested in everything as one lot. If that falls through I'll repost.

are you the seller on ebay?

neilrr
04-04-2012, 01:11 AM
I am.

The items on ebay (including the warning triangle not pictured here) are available to Club202 forum members at the price I quoted here - $330 shipped - if someone buys them by contacting me through the forum.

If they go through ebay they have to be sold at the ebay price.

neilrr

I'm away from home over Easter. I'll post some pix when I get back.

It fits into the trunk lid & is held in place by a swiveling retainer which is included. You can see pics of the triangle in the folded & flat positions & retaining thing in the ebay listing.
