Door pillar removal?

Anyone know how to remove the door's pillars? The exterior black ones?

There are only 2 screws under the rubber insulation to remove. 1 on top the other at the bottom.
Open your window all the way down. After removing the screws pry off carefully from back towards the front and you're golden.
