Speaker Liner

So here I was thinking my speakers finally went out, but looking closer, I noticed that the screws from my speaker liner makes the whole thing rattle like no other. Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix this? Can i buy screws from somewhere else?

I just replaced all the speakers moundted on the doors with kenwood. it doesnt matter were you screw your speaker. , just put your fingers in before and check for any wires and then make a hole and screw it to the plate, make sure your screw is long enought to go through the plastic plate and then to the metal behind of it. but not too long either. wish this helps you.
