New Grill

well its time to get the avantgarde grill. where did you all get yours? ive seen some websites have it for 18. then on ebay for 6 bucks.

i got it from another member.. he decided to murder out his stock grill so i swooped it up... 6-18 bucks? i dont think that's right... or maybe it is... had mine for about 2 years..

hows the quality? i think i might get mine from there too theres one sold by a company called 55 tech. it says its like high quality abs plastic with stainless steel frame

Its not bad quality and it looks nice, I have the 55tech one lol It just sucks when you realize you spent $90 on plastic.... lol Its made Thailand though which was weird lol I can post pics of it on my car if you want?

Buy a W210 grille from ebay or a junkyard and cut it down to fit into the 202 surround. Thats what MB themselves did at the time.

yea thats clean ill be gettin that one lol and i noticed in your sig you have a magnaflow with strait pipe. hows the sound does it drone? i really want a new exahust but im nervous that i will get it and it will sound ricer and i just wasted my money lol

It drones and its pretty loud honestly lol People look but I think it sound great! It has a deep grumble when you get on it and when you redline it sounds really nice lol I wouldn't call it ricey, its unique, its deeper :-)

yea deep isnt ricer lol i like the deep sound it gives now its just not loud. i just dont wanna blow half my paycheck buying it and getting it installed then have it sound bad lol

Yeah I know what you mean lol The muffler was 140 on Amazon and the pipe to put in place of my cats n resonator was 90 lol I did it all myself though n trimmed the bumper with a dremmel. I got some header paint n painted the whole pipe too for around 200 so not bad, those o2 bungs are like 20! I had the o2 off but my check engine light wouldn't go off so we welded one of those in lol
